The game unlocks on November 19, 2026. The exact unlock time by region has not yet been confirmed by Rockstar.
The usual scenarios
For this kind of global release, two patterns are common:
- Unlock at local midnight — each region unlocks the game at its own midnight.
- A single global time — a simultaneous unlock everywhere (often based on a reference time zone).

The real secret: pre-loading
The trick to playing immediately is to pre-load from November 12, 2026 (one week early). Since the game is huge, pre-loading ahead saves you from waiting on the download on launch day.
