1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GTA6 Rewards (the Platform), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of an eligible country to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account. One account per person.
3. The Platform
GTA6 Rewards provides a free daily rewards platform where users earn coins through daily activities (check-in, wheel spin, missions) and spend them on entries to prize draws. No purchase is required. The Platform may modify features, draw prizes, or availability at any time.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: create multiple accounts, use bots or automation, manipulate the check-in, spin, or draw systems, exploit bugs (report them instead), impersonate other users, upload harmful content, circumvent geo-restrictions, or violate applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including design, code, logos, and text — is the property of GTA6 Rewards or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission. GTA6 Rewards is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
6. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or that any specific prizes will be available.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTA6 Rewards and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law (jurisdiction TBD). Disputes shall be submitted to competent courts.
